My Aim is True

Mike Sockol is a writer and strategist who has been working in the communications field ever since he rode his bike twice a week to the Daily Transcript in Dedham, Massachusetts to chronicle the exploits of his high school baseball team.  After college, he worked in radio and television as a news reporter, anchor and producer, and then joined a contemporary art museum as its director of marketing.  He became a web consultant and developer in the days of HTML 2.0, and currently works in corporate communications at a medium sized global company outside of New York City.

He struggles with his daily impulse to smother his sons with advice and dutifully takes out the trash.   His current passions include his wife, the Boston Red Sox, music, and karate.
